YOGA ASANA

In the Yoga Sutras, Asana is described as the third of the Eight Limbs of Yoga. Asana is the physical movement of Yoga practice which, in combination with pranayama (breath) and meditation, contribute to the entirety of the practice. Yoga can provide healing benefits including mind/body connection for optimal recovery and healing, improvement of posture and alignment, increased blood circulation, and prevention of injury, just to name a few!

Treat yourself to a yoga class with flows designed to fit your specific needs and fitness level. You will advance your practice, improve your strength, and deepen your flexibility. In a private class, each pose is guided and adjusted as you move through each asana (pose).

Private yoga classes accommodate the busiest lifestyles as you pick the time and place. One-on-one yoga sessions end with a meditation, such as a guided meditation or a visualization/breathing exercise which will help you destress and refresh. 
Semi-private classes are also available!
